This portrait was created as an engagement gift for my sister. The flowers form a crown, a simple way of celebrating a milestone and honouring someone who has always been an important part of my life.
Completed across more than one hundred hours, the piece became far more than a portrait. It was an opportunity to create something lasting for a moment that felt significant to our family.
