This site is run by Alireza Hemadani, an independent artist based in Bristol, United Kingdom. I take your privacy seriously and keep things deliberately simple: I only collect what you choose to send me, I never sell or share it for marketing, and there is no tracking on this website.

What I collect

I only receive information you actively provide:

• When you use the enquiry form, I receive your name, email address and your message.
• When you join the private list or register interest in a project, I receive your email address.

I do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, so the site does not build any profile of you or follow you around the web.

Why I hold it, and the legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and have a conversation about the work, a commission or an acquisition. Legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to someone who contacted me).
• To send occasional updates if you joined a list, for example when new work becomes available. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who else is involved

A few trusted services help run the site, and only see what is necessary:

• Formspree delivers the form submissions to me by email.
• Zoho Mail hosts my email inbox.
• Netlify hosts the website.

I never sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing purposes.

How long I keep it

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting conversation. List sign-ups are kept until you ask to be removed or unsubscribe. You can ask me to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask me to access, correct or delete the information I hold about you, and to withdraw your consent to any mailing list. To do any of these, just contact me (below). You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how your data has been handled.
